Golden Environmental LLC was founded to provide clear, objective answers for people facing complex indoor environmental concerns—especially when health is part of the picture.

My work focuses on microbial and moisture investigations for individuals and families who are mold-sensitized, medically vulnerable, or experiencing unexplained symptoms that standard inspections often fail to resolve. This includes clients within the CIRS, Lyme, PANS/PANDAS, autoimmune, and environmentally sensitive communities, as well as those seeking higher-quality data for real-estate, medical, or legal decisions.

I am an independent environmental consultant specializing in microbial growth, moisture intrusion, HVAC contamination, and indoor air quality investigations. My work integrates:

I remain independent from remediation contractors, ensuring that findings and recommendations are unbiased and focused solely on the client’s best interest.

Background & Perspective

My work in indoor environmental investigation became personal after a family member developed sensitivities following exposure to mold-related conditions identified during an assessment of her home. That experience highlighted how profoundly the built environment can impact health—and how often meaningful issues are overlooked or minimized.

I found the investigative process both challenging and compelling, which led me to pursue advanced training in microbial assessment and building science. I trained under experienced practitioners in the field before founding Golden Air Care, and later Golden Environmental LLC, with the goal of providing independent, thorough, and health-conscious environmental investigations.

I am an ACAC Certified Microbial Consultant (CMC), a credential widely regarded as a gold standard within the indoor environmental and mold investigation industry. My work emphasizes careful observation, defensible methodology, and interpretation grounded in building science rather than assumptions or shortcuts.

Prior to working as an independent environmental consultant, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resource Management, a background that continues to inform how I evaluate complex systems, moisture dynamics, and environmental interactions.
